Evaluation Board | P90022EVB

The P90022EVB evaluation board provides a convenient platform for evaluating onsemi dual-channel digital isolators in an SOIC16 W package. It is populated with the NCID9211 bi-directional dual-channel digital isolator and can also support evaluation of related onsemi digital isolators in the same 16-pin SOIC wide-body package configuration.

This setup enables fast validation of isolated digital signal transmission, output enable control and basic timing behavior using standard lab equipment such as signal generators, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. The board separates the primary and secondary sides into two isolated power and ground domains, with all device pins accessible through headers and test points for probing, waveform capture and functional verification. The board is intended for laboratory evaluation of datasheet parameters, not for high-voltage insulation testing.
