By sending payment of your deposit you are confirming you agree to these Terms and Conditions, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Bailey & Roo. Until payment has been received, acknowledging you accept these Terms and Conditions, Bailey & Roo will not be able to supply goods or services to you.

TIMINGS

BRANDING

Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your design start date, links to any zoom consultations and any information required by you as the client before any design work can begin. It is important that you notify me immediately if you are unable to work to the schedule as any delay in supplying feedback, providing copy, sending payment or approving proofs/artwork will result in a delay to the production of your booking.

Assets and information requested at the booking stage will be requested and a deadline date will be provided.

Failure to provide this information or assets in time will result in a postponement of your session/booking date since i won't have time to prepare and a postponement fee may be charged if this results in a loss of business from other clients.

I aim to complete orders as soon as possible but as a guide please allow 6 - 8 weeks from your design start date to receiving your completed brand identity package.

Tighter timescales can be achieved but this may incur a rush fee. Please mention your timescale at your initial enquiry.

All brand identity designs are created by myself (Jacquie) in my style so it is imperative you view my portfolio before booking to ensure you are happy with my style of work.
Where possible, the majority of the illustrations and graphics used for any branding are bespoke and illustrated by hand but on occasion stock images may be provided and if an additional cost is due this will be discussed.

Due to licensing, no fonts are provided as part of your brand package but you will be informed of where you can purchase these from with the license you require.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the designs created, or if the working relationship is not a good fit after the design process has begin, no refunds are provided since the work will have been carried out however an alternative option will be suggested to best suit your needs and requirements.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Most product and personal brand shoots are captured by Jacquie but Bailey & Roo works with a number of freelance photographers to provide a variety of photography and editing styles to suit each clients brand. When placing your booking for any photography package, a shoot date will be agreed between myself and the client for shoots.
All photography on the portfolio page are captured by Jacquie. If another photographer is likely to be used for your shoot, their portfolio will be provided before confirming any shoots for your approval.

A clear shot list must be provided for any product shoots where specific shots are required. this must include any specific file names required, image formats/orientations and details of the items required in that shot with any relevant notes.

QUOTES & PAYMENTS

BRANDING

All prices are as per the website/brochure or as quoted separately and are to be paid in pounds sterling by BACS, Paypal or card payment via Stripe. Payment details will be provided on the invoice sent by Bailey & Roo.

Until the initial payment has been received your booking will not be confirmed.

I cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery of your design packages, images or printed stationery as a result of late payment. All bookings are scheduled in advance so any delays due to late payment or failure to provide feedback or assets on time may result in a postponement fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY

If you book a separate photography package, Upon approval of the quote sent by me, a non-refundable deposit of either 50% or the full package fee will be required before your booking is confirmed. An invoice for the deposit will be sent to you via email. any remaining balances are due before your shoot can go ahead and must be paid at least 14 days prior to the shoot date.

All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in pounds sterling by BACS, Paypal or card payment via Stripe. Payment details will be provided on the invoice sent by Bailey & Roo.

Until payment has been received along with a completed booking form, a proposed shoot date will not be guaranteed.

I cannot be held responsible for any delay to your shoot date as a result of late payment.

When sending products to me for photography, these must be sent in a secure and well packaged box via signed for recorded delivery. I cannot be held liable for any products that are sent and arrive damaged due to poor packaging or lost in transit if sent without a secure delivery method.

All products will be returned to the customer via secure signed for courier or Royal Mail delivery where required.

Should any damages occur upon arrival before the shoot, the client will be notified so an alternative can be provided if possible. If any damage has been caused during transit and image editing may be suitable, a quote will be provided prior to your shoot date for any additional image retouching required.

PHOTOGRAPHY STYLING & PROPS

If you require styling for your product photography, a form will be sent to you requesting more information about your business and ideal client so I can get a clear idea of what style will work best for you and your business. If props need to be sourced, this will be discussed at the time of booking and can either be arranged by the customer or Bailey & Roo at an additional cost to cover the prop sourcing and purchase of items.

If you require styling and/or props for your product shoot a minimum of 10 days is required to provide a moodboard, source and purchase props for the shoot. a prop shopping list can either be provided to you (the client) ahead of the shoot to purchase any items for styling, or they can be purchased by Bailey & Roo with a budget agreed in advance.

Many items are returned after each shoot so final prop costs are invoiced as part of a final invoice to the client before any images are provided.

PHOTOGRAPHY EDITING & SUPPLY OF IMAGES

For all photography bookings, I will edit all images to adjust colour balances, lighting levels and add some minor/basic retouching to remove any obvious marks/blemishes. If substantial editing is required, such as the removal of a large area or adjustments to multiple images an additional editing fee may be required.

All images are edited on a regularly calibrated screen. Please note that each screen is calibrated differently and this is particularly noticeable on mobile devices.

It is therefore advisable to view your images on a calibrated screen before giving your approval.

Images will be provided via an online private gallery where you’ll be able to download your high res and web sized images. This will be sent via email with the login details to access the gallery. The gallery will remain live for 30 days, after which it may be deleted from the system so it is important images are downloaded as soon as possible and saved. If images are not downloaded and the gallery has been taken down after 30 days a charge of £40 will be charged to re-supply the images via a new gallery link.

CALLIGRAPHY AND ILLUSTRATIONS

Due to the nature of calligraphy and illustrations, each piece of artwork is hand drawn/written before being digitised and used in your artwork. Bookings for any brand designs to include calligraphy or illustrations are placed with the understanding that each element is created by hand and may vary in style from one piece to the next. Additional changes to the calligraphy or illustration elements following the first final design proof may incur an additional design fee due to the time it takes to re-write and digitise the artwork.

PRINTED STATIONERY

All printed stationery designs will be designed and a proof will be provided for you to approve. no files are sent to print until the design has been approved via the online proofing system and any final payments have been made.

There is a minimum order of 25 items for all printed stationery for ink printing or 50 for luxury print finishes (hot foiling, debossing and letterpress). For branded boxes, labels, ribbons etc the minimum quantities will vary and this will be discussed at the time of your booking or during your initial consultation.

The utmost care will be taken when packaging printed goods for delivery. Orders will be sent by a signed for courier or Royal Mail service. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the delivery address and details are correct when placing an order. I cannot be held responsible for any orders delivered to wrong addresses/not delivered due to an incorrect address being provided. If a new order is required to be resent the full amount will be due before this can be sent out to you.

If your package includes the design of your stationery only, print costs will be supplied once quantities and finished have been discussed. if you choose to print elsewhere and would like the design files, an artwork release fee of £40 per file will be charged.

MENTORING & COURSES

If booking one of my mentoring packages or purchasing a course, it is important to note that information shared is based on my own personal experiences and knowledge of being a business owner. For courses purchased the content will be delivered via a private page on this website or via a link to access via email. This will be detailed on the individual course details page.

No refunds are provided for any mentoring or courses so it is essential you ask any questions or address any concerns before placing your booking.

MAXIMUM TIMESCALES

Due to the nature of any 1-2-1 services, whether it is branding design, photography or mentoring, your booking must be confirmed and advised timescales or start dates should be met where possible. I understand things come up and sometimes projects may need to be put on hold but any delays must be discussed with Jacquie as soon as possible.

Any bookings where deadline dates are repeatedly missed, if I am unable to get a response for more than 4 weeks or if your booking runs over 12 months with no progress or update, your booking will be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

If this is the case any designs or work that has been carried out may be provided subject to the stage they were at and any art files will be subject to a release fee charge.

If you will be unable to respond or adhere to the recommended timescales you must inform Jacquie at your earliest convenience.
